Kill 3 Burning Depths Necromancers, 6 Smoldering Constructs, and 6 Smoldering Geist in the Maw of Neltharion, and then return to Serinar.

The cave beyond was swarming with Cult atrocities. There is only one way to deal with such creatures... you know what to do.
