Thousand Needles is a flooded zone post-Shattering, dotted with mesa islands. The Shimmering Flats, formerly a racetrack, is completely flooded--the NPCs have made the best of a bad situation and opened up Fizzle and Pozzik's Speedbarge. The Southsea Pirates and Twilight Cultists have also settled this zone.
